Our standard tools cover the equipment most engineers size every day. Standard tools have limits by design — they are built around the assumptions that hold for a defined geometry and a defined duty, and they are faster and safer for being so.
Custom Software is for the requirement that falls outside them: a multi-stream exchanger that has to be solved as one network rather than a series of two-stream units; simultaneous boiling and condensing in a single body; cryogenic or supercritical behaviour where properties change faster than a mean-property method can follow; non-Newtonian and slurry rheology; fouling-life prediction that turns a clean-duty rating into a maintenance interval; and optimisation across a whole exchanger network, where the best answer for one unit is rarely the best answer for the plant.
We also build tools that fit an existing way of working — a calculation your engineers already trust, wrapped so the whole team can run it the same way; a sizing routine tied to your standard data sheet; or a rating tool that reads the tag list you already maintain, rather than asking someone to retype it.
Each tool is written from the same first-principles thermal-hydraulic basis as the standard suite, with every intermediate result — film coefficients, fouling margins, pressure drop breakdown — visible and defensible in a design review.
